SHIPPING AND DELIVERY AT PRIYANKA

How it Works

Your Priyanka London Jewellery will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. We ship all orders through registered, recorded delivery, and are happy to help with any urgent delivery requests.

International orders may incur additional customs or import duty charges depending on the destination country. Please note that we do not cover these costs, therefore, you will be responsible for them. Unfortunately as these costs are beyond our control and vary between countries, we cannot advise prior to shipment how much they will be. If you would like to find out how much these charges will be, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.

On the occasion we offer promotional free delivery; the flat rate of shipping will be subsidised, however the charge of duties and import taxes will not.

For pieces that are Pre Order, please allow 14-21 working days for shipment.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to exchange or refund items within 14 days of delivery. However, we can’t return pierced earrings due to the hygiene reasons. All return products need to be clean, unworn and with all tags attached. Please contact us via email to request return form and return address.
